Schools across India are invited to participate in Vadiva’s Tech & Design Fest 2026 — a 3-day platform where students compete, create, and showcase their talent on an international stage.

For School Coordinators
Schools are requested to appoint,
- 1 Teacher Coordinator (main contact)
- 1 Assistant Coordinator (optional)
They will receive:
- Communication about schedules
- Updates and guidelines
- Competition rules
- Reporting formats
- Final day instructions
Who Can Participate?
- Students from Grade 6 to 12
- Students enrolled in any CBSE, ICSE, State, or International school
- Schools may send individuals or teams
- Mixed school teams are not allowed (school teams must be from one institution)

Important Notes for Schools
- Students cannot be registered without school consent.
- Schools may choose to bring students on any or all days.
- Each competition has specific reporting times.
- Safety protocols and student management guidelines will be shared.
- Separate Visitor Registration is available for teachers not accompanying teams.

Can we send multiple teams per category?
Yes. Schools often send 2–5 teams per competition.
Do all students need to come for all three days?
No. Only on the day(s) of their events.
Can schools bring extra students as visitors?
Yes, through the Visitor Registration page.
Are materials provided?
Basic kits and infrastructure are provided; schools may bring advanced kits.
How many teachers can accompany students?
At least one teacher per school; more can be added if required.
Can schools participate without sending teams?
Yes. They may still attend as visitors.
Will schools receive participation recognition?
Yes. Participating schools will be acknowledged.
How do we prepare our students?
Competition guidelines will be shared after registration.
Are meals provided?
Schools must arrange transport. Parking details will be shared later.
